Where we deliver
We deliver to the UK, the US, the EU, Australia and more than 100 other countries. Enter your address at checkout to check that we deliver to you.
Delivery costs
Standard shipping is free on every order, worldwide.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- UK, US, EU and Australia: usually around 20 business days after dispatch.
- Other countries: usually 20–30 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, and carriers can take longer at busy times. We'll email you when your order is dispatched, with tracking where the carrier provides it. If your order hasn't arrived by the end of its estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll track it down.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders to the UK, US, EU and Australia, import taxes are usually paid before your parcel ships, so there's normally nothing extra to pay on delivery. Other countries may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority and, where they apply, are payable by you. We can't control delays caused by customs checks.
Damaged or lost parcels
We pack every pair so it arrives in perfect condition. Items are our responsibility until they're delivered to you. If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email sales@shadecentral.co.uk as soon as you can, with photos of any damage and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll correct it if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
